Lavington Street is a marketing suite overlooking Timber Square, a new destination inspired by Bankside’s industrial past and creative future. Designed by Whitepaper, the space features bespoke elements like a tea point, curved oak viewing platform, fabric wall panelling, and custom oak media units - bringing together natural materials and thoughtful design.

Key Features:

• Curved oak viewing platform: a sculptural feature piece that subtly divides space while guiding the eye across Timber Square

• Bespoke tea point: a clean, functional area crafted from natural oak - harmonising with the rest of the interior

• Fabric wall panelling: softens acoustics while adding texture and warmth to the environment

• Custom media units: designed to house digital displays, marketing collateral, and storage without disrupting the aesthetic flow
